My Account is Accessible

There are two ways to modify your authenticator application, but you need to first download the SuperEx app and log in to your account.

If you can access your existing/current authenticator, you can modify your authenticator app.
If you cannot access your existing/current authenticator, you can reset your authenticator app.

Click the ”User Icon“in the top left corner, go to”User Center“ .

Select “Security Settings”, choose the authenticator you wish to change, and click “Change”.

Enter the required verification code and click “Submit” to complete the process.

My Account is Not Accessible

You will need to contact customer support for a reset.

Note:
After modifying your authenticator application, withdrawals and P2P sales are prohibited within 24 hours.
