#SuperEx #Guide #Web3Wallet

SuperEx Web3 Wallet is a non-custodial, decentralized multi-chain wallet that integrates a cross-chain token swap aggregator (DEX), an all-in-one on-chain investment tool (DeFi/Web3 Earn), a heterogeneous multi-chain aggregation trading platform (supporting Crypto, Ordinals, and NFT), and a DApp discovery feature.

What to do if the Wallet Transfer Fee is Insufficient?

What is a transfer fee?

When making a transfer, miners need to package the transaction and place it on the blockchain to complete the transaction. This process consumes computational resources of the blockchain, so a fee is paid to the network miners as a reward.

How much is the wallet withdrawal fee?

The wallet withdrawal fee (network fee / Gas Fee) is charged by network miners. On the withdrawal (send) page, you will see the required network miner fee amount. The fee is charged per withdrawal, and is not related to the withdrawal amount. The required cryptocurrency and the fee amount are displayed on the withdrawal page. To ensure a successful transaction, you need to reserve enough network miner fee in your wallet. If the fee is insufficient, the transaction will fail and cannot be refunded. If the transaction succeeds and there is a leftover fee, it will be refunded.

Note: The network fee for Web3 wallet transfers is paid using the corresponding network’s main token. For example, when sending TRON (TRC20) network tokens, TRX will be used as the network fee. The required cryptocurrency and the specific fee amount should be based on the page’s display.

How to replenish the fee?

If the required fee cannot be exchanged through the wallet’s transaction feature, you can use the following methods to replenish the fee:

  • Method 1: Exchange Withdrawal

Click on “Exchange Withdrawal”, enter the withdrawal amount as shown on the page and submit.

Note: The network fee for Web3 wallet transfers is paid using the corresponding network’s main token. For example, when sending TRON (TRC20) network tokens, TRX will be used as the network fee. The required cryptocurrency and the specific fee amount should be based on the page’s display.

  • Method 2: Wallet Receive

Click on “Wallet Receive”, copy or share the QR code or address. You can also click on “Set Amount” to specify the amount you wish to receive.
After completing the process, you can check the replenishment record in the wallet homepage under “Transaction History.”
